I’m trying something new for seamless backdrops. 3D printed radius corner braces (alternately these could have been made out of styrene) covered with iron on melamine and a touch of spackle to hide the joint. This was very easy to do and helps keep the weight down. It only needed the lightest of sanding. Next will base coat in a sky colour.
